The victims, aged 35 and 48, were brought to the shore by other divers during the incident at about 12pm on Saturday. Deputy OCPD Asst Supt Zainul Mujahidin Mat Yudin said cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed on the victims but they already turned pale and not breathing. ASP Zainul Mujahidin said the case had been classified as sudden death and their remains had been sent for a post-mortem. "Initial investigation showed both victims and a woman were in a group diving in the site about 25m from the shores. NST ALOR STAR : A fishing trip for 10 people proved a disaster when one drowned and another was found unconscious near Pulau Perak, 60 nautical miles from Langkawi, near here 23 October 2012. Rosli Mohamad Isa, 32, was believed to have drowned after he ran out of oxygen supply from his diving equipment. His friend, Harris Abdullah, 44, was hospitalised after he fell unconscious while trying to rescue the victim. Harris, from Gurun, near here, was admitted to Langkawi Hospital. 6 Divers Missing in Tioman Island & FOUND 21 hours later.

Kuantan, Pahang : Six divers who went missing following a diving trip off Pulau Tioman have been found safe after they spent 21 hours floating at sea. Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) district enforcement chief Maritime Capt Abdul Aziz Idrus said a local tugboat,  Kencana Makmur , located and rescued the divers about 20 nautical miles north of Tulai Island, about 3km from Chebeh Island in Tioman here, Sunday. The six divers were Yang Jia Xing, 26, Lim Kong Hooi, 27, Leong Li Kar, 26, Maggie Lim, 27 (all Malaysians), Chinese national Xu Zhiming, 33, and Singaporean Hu Jin Jie, 25. They were found at about 9am. "Mersing Maritime Base informed our East Region Operation Centre at 4pm Saturday that the divers have not emerged after starting their dive at 12pm Saturday.
