Rule No 2 : - Being relaxed.   By relaxing in the water many people will add a third to their breath hold. This is all to do with keeping your heart beat slow and not using too much oxygen. When you are under water don't swim hard. Don't move fast. You would be good to move like slow motion. When you are trying to do an improved breath hold don't think of waves, currents, sharks or anything that gets you nervous, . Heart beat goes up... oxygen goes down. It is good to pull yourself along the bottom with your hands rather than finning. Arm muscles use less O2 than legs.

Arranged marriage starts from a fundamentally evil premise...

Its been months, a dark kind of fairy tale played itself out in a sumptuous royal palace that sits high above the world in the tiny, impoverished, cloud-dwelling state. Case 1 : Toronto newspaper reported that a young woman had leapt off an eleventh floor balcony to escape her knife-wielding father, who had stabbed her in the neck and who was intent on murdering her for having married her boyfriend instead of agreeing to an arranged marriage with her cousin. Although some human rights groups protest this kind of behaviour, many people simply shrug it off as "cultural differences" and choose to ignore the fact that women are routinely killed or ostracized to the point of starvation on the streets for refusing to be forced into marriages they don't want. What sets story apart is that this time the victims were in fact the parents, the ones who tried to force their son into a loveless political marriage. This has caught the attention of the world media, not
